Salary: $22/hour DOEPosition summary:Reubens Brews is looking for a reliable, motivated team member to support our delivery and warehouse operations. Based out of our Seattle (Ballard) production facility, this position plays a vital role in ensuring our beer gets where it needs to gosafely, on time, and with care. The ideal candidate thrives on consistency, efficiency, and working both independently and as part of a team.This role is full-time Monday-Friday. While the schedule will generally remain consistent, some flexibility (weekends) is required to provide coverage during staff vacations or unplanned absences.About us:Reuben's Brews is a family-owned brewery that opened in 2012. We brew from the glass backwardsdesigning each beer with intention, unbound by constraints. We know making the extra effort is worth it. Reubens is the most decorated brewery in Washington, with two brewhouses, two tasting rooms, and two private event spaces. In 2024, we brewed 26,000 BBLs and continue to grow with purpose in the Pacific Northwest.The role:This role is responsible for the following:Build daily orders for taproomsDeliveries and restocking deliver kegs and cases, then place them in designated taproom coolers or storage areasCollect returns (empty kegs, case trays, etc.)Transfer items / post invoices in Ekos (our brewery management software)Communicate order exceptions (OOS, Back In Stock Dates, Alternatives) with taproom leadsAdditional duties as needed including:Keg washing & other production or warehouse tasksThe successful candidate will have:Valid drivers license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift/move full half-barrel kegs (up to 165 lbs with a hand truck)Must operate a forklift (training and certification will be provided)Comfort with physical labor: standing, lifting, loading/unloadingBasic computer skills; experience with Ekos is a plusReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedWhat We Look For:Glass Backwards mentality taking unique, solution-focused approaches to problemsA proven track record of Making it Happen infectiously enthusiastic and can-do attitude a thirst to learn, to teach others, and an obsessive commitment to our brewerys success is an absolute mustRecognition that we are Here to Delight - for internal and external customers, partners, and the Reubens team as a wholeA One Team mentality a team-focused approach to achieving resultsAssume the Best Intent - no ego, a focus on team results, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump in where neededA Passion for Craft - recognize and live a mentality that the extra effort is worth it.
