Primary Responsibilities

• You will own our live marketplace strategy and the day to day operation behind it.

• You will build the show calendar, choose the products, develop programming, manage talent, and drive the results.

• You will make sure every show is prepared, compelling, well run, and built to sell.

• You will lead the operation inside our facilities. That includes the people, the sets, the product flow, the show preparation, the inventory, and the standards required to go live at a high level every time.

• You will work closely with merchandising, operations, marketing, and leadership to find the products and stories that will perform best. You will use the results from every show to make the next one better.

• You will hire, develop, and lead a strong team of hosts, producers, operators, and support staff.

• You will create clear expectations and a culture where people move quickly, solve problems, and take pride in great execution.

• You are a builder and an operator. You are comfortable with the pressure of a live environment and the responsibility of owning results.

• You have experience in live selling, e commerce, retail, broadcasting, content production, or another fast moving business where great execution matters.

• You understand that live commerce requires equal parts merchandising, entertainment, operations, and sales.

• You know how to bring order to a fast moving operation without slowing it down. You can coach people, make decisions quickly, and hold a high bar.

• You are not looking to inherit a finished playbook. You want to help write it.
