ReturnPro is looking for a team-oriented, driven, and energetic Technician Lead. The Technician Lead is responsible for assisting in supervising teammates in a logistics and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

- Repair laptops, desktops, and tablets to factory specifications
- Operates within standard operating procedures
- Identifies and procures the hardware and software needed to satisfy repairs
- Document and keep detailed records of all work performed
- Provides updates, status, and completion information to Team Lead
- Work with teammates to complete other non-technical tasks/special assignments as needed
- Install and configure local area data communications networks which may carry data, voice, and video communications following organization standards
- Install, operate, and maintain network services, routers, concentrators, hubs, switches, modems, and other network devices following technical plans
- Assist in the maintenance of standards and documentation
- Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment
- Thoroughness when installing and configuring local area data
- Install and configures computer workstations and local area networks, operate them, monitors their performance, diagnose, and solve their problems
- Effectively work with your team to increase production
- Communicate with immediate supervisor and/or manager when needed
- Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Prior work experience in computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting preferred
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a must
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, and carry up to 20-35 lbs.
- Ability to frequently and repetitively bend, lift and reach to install parts of varying size and weight overhead
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
- Ability to manage competing priorities
