What You Will Actually Do

You will not simply manage warehouses.

You will:

• Design the operating model for the future of returns

• Standardize and scale a national reverse logistics network

• Build the execution framework that converts returns into margin

• Integrate refurbishment, recovery, and resale into one unified system

• Drive operational innovation in a segment that has never had disciplined leadership

This is not maintaining a mature supply chain.

This is building one that does not yet fully exist.
