Environmental Services Technician – Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to clean and disinfect operating rooms, procedure rooms, and patient care areas in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This position plays a critical role in infection prevention and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect operating rooms and procedure rooms at end of day
- Perform room turnovers following established cleaning protocols
- Clean exam rooms, recovery areas, and clinical spaces
- Use hospital-grade disinfectants and cleaning equipment properly
- Follow infection control, safety, and PPE requirements
- Safely dispose of medical and general waste
- Complete basic cleaning logs and checklists
- Communicate with clinical staff to ensure rooms are ready for use
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a healthcare or surgical environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Healthcare or surgical cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)

STARTING PAY:
