RETS Associates, on behalf of its client, a multifamily investment and operating platform, is seeking an SVP of Property Management and Operations to help build, standardize, and scale its property management platform. This role is located in Newport Beach and will require some travel across the country.
The SVP will report to the CEO and partner closely with Asset Management and Acquisitions to drive operational performance, NOI growth, and organizational scalability across a multi-market portfolio.
Key areas of focus include:
• Building scalable operating infrastructure, SOPs, and playbooks
• Driving revenue optimization, expense control, and portfolio performance
• Leading and developing regional/site-level teams
• Enhancing reporting, systems, and operational accountability
• Partnering on capital projects, lease-ups, and business plan execution
Ideal candidates will bring:
• 15 years of multifamily property management experience
• Experience scaling institutional-quality operating platforms
• Strong financial and operational acumen

$200K base salary plus bonus.
