RETS Associates on behalf of our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to support multifamily investments in either New York or Nashville. This role will focus on underwriting, financial analysis, and asset management across a growing portfolio, working closely with investment, development, and property management teams.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for building financial models, analyzing asset performance, and supporting underwriting efforts including market research, proforma analysis, and return projections. This individual will also assist with budgeting, reporting, and ongoing portfolio management, while collaborating cross-functionally to support development progress, cash management, and lender requirements.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, or related field
- Strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and development budgets
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field required
- Experience with multifamily assets preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and analytical ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
