Estimator/Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understand scope of work to be bid.
• Maintain accurate pricing from all suppliers.
• Use estimating software to generate take-offs and estimates.
• Manage electronic work products effectively.
• Ensure estimates are completed and provided to customers on time.
• Perform quality control of cost estimates.
• Develop relationships with customers and fellow estimators to promote collaboration.
• Evaluate job costs and historical estimates to focus on constant improvement.
• Maintain positive attitude.
• Be on-time and accountable for work.
• Work efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior estimating experience coming from the demolition, abatement, and asbestos industry is highly desired.
• Able to read/interpret construction documents and develop cost estimates.
• High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
• Prior experience with estimating software highly desired (Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
