Demolition Supervisor

Were looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman/Supervisor to lead commercial demolition and abatement projects in the Sanford, NC surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage crews on demolition and abatement job sites.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
• Interpret and execute job specifications and plans.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specs.
• Positive attitude and commitment to jobsite excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of experience of commercial or federal construction, asbestos, demolition, and/or abatement.
  

• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• U.S. Citizenship and Real ID (required for access to military bases).
