Were looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman/Supervisor to lead commercial demolition and abatement projects in the Sanford, NC surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage crews on demolition and abatement job sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
- Interpret and execute job specifications and plans.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specs.
- Positive attitude and commitment to jobsite excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience of commercial or federal construction, asbestos, demolition, and/or abatement.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- U.S. Citizenship and Real ID (required for access to military bases).
