As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners, perform roof inspections, identify storm-related damage, and guide customers through the roof replacement process.
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Top performers have the opportunity to receive company-generated leads based on their production, consistency, and activity in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Conduct roof inspections
- Identify hail and wind damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions
- Assist customers through the insurance claims process
- Present estimates and close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
