Front Desk & Recruitment Coordinator (Part-Time)
Retro Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Front Desk & Recruitment Coordinator to join our fun, compassionate, 1950s/60s-themed private duty home health care team serving Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties.
We are looking for someone with fabulous communication skills, a warm smile, strong attention to detail, and a heart for customer service. At Retro, we believe exceptional care starts with creating meaningful relationships — both with our Elders and our Care Partners.
This position is Part-Time Monday through Friday and is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and helping a team thrive.

ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for office calls, visitors, and inquiries
- Answer phones and manage shared email inboxes with professionalism and warmth
- Ensure office supplies are ordered, stocked, and organized
- Collect and distribute office mail as needed
- Welcome visitors with Retro hospitality — including offering a cold Coke and a snack
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Guide care partners through the recruitment and onboarding process
- Post and manage job advertisements across hiring platforms
- Respond to applicant inquiries and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews, onboarding, and follow-up communications
- Conduct interviews and perform reference checks and background screenings
- Verify education, experience, training, licensure, and certifications as appropriate
- Communicate hiring decisions and next steps to candidates
- Prepare, collect, and organize all required onboarding paperwork
- Track recruitment activity including applications, interviews, and new hires
- Add new care partners into company systems including AxisCare, Weave, and the Clearinghouse roster
Team Support & Engagement
- Support care partner retention through thoughtful recognition such as birthday cards, work anniversaries, kudos, and “just because” appreciation gifts
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule
