Care Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) — Retro Life Care
Private Duty Home Care | Tarpon Springs / Tampa Bay Area
At Retro Life Care, we believe great care never goes out of style.
We’re a locally owned, independent non-medical home care agency bringing back the kind of care families remember: warm, personal, dependable, and rooted in dignity. We support older adults in their homes, independent living communities, and assisted living settings with high-quality private duty care.
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who wants more than a checklist job. This role is for someone who enjoys building relationships, setting high standards, supporting caregivers, and helping families feel confident that their loved one is truly cared for.
About the Role
Our RN plays a key role in making sure every client receives safe, thoughtful, and personalized care. You’ll help with client assessments, care planning, supervision, caregiver guidance, family communication, and quality assurance.
This is a great fit for an RN who is organized, compassionate, professional, and comfortable being both clinical and people-focused.
What You’ll Do
You will:
- Complete client assessments and help develop individualized care plans
- Facilitate HHA training, orientation, and certification
- Provide oversight and guidance to HHAs/CNAs
- Communicate with families, caregivers, and office staff
- Help ensure services are delivered safely and consistently
- Support caregiver training, coaching, and quality improvement
- Partner with the office team to create a smooth, high-touch client experience
- Represent Retro with warmth, professionalism, and integrity
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- A licensed Registered Nurse in Florida
- Experienced in home care, senior care, private duty, assisted living, or a related setting
- Warm, polished, and comfortable speaking with families
- Detail-oriented and reliable with documentation
- Calm under pressure and good at problem-solving
- Supportive of caregivers and respectful of office staff
- Committed to high standards, kindness, and dignity in care
Why Join Retro?
Because we’re not trying to be a big-box agency.
We’re building something personal, professional, and lasting — an agency known for hospitality-grade care, strong relationships, and doing things the right way.
At Retro, you’ll be part of a team that values:
- Quality over shortcuts
- Warm professionalism
- Respectful communication
- Practical problem-solving
- Care that feels personal, not transactional
