What You’ll Do
- Keep the gym clean, organized, and inviting from open to close
- Deep clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and high-traffic areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
- Wipe down equipment and high-touch surfaces during peak hours
- Restock paper towels, soap, and sanitizers
- Complete daily cleaning checklists and routines
- Handle light maintenance such as changing light bulbs or small touch-ups
- Report any equipment or safety issues to the Club Manager
- Work closely with the front desk and leadership team to keep standards high
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent every shift
- Someone who genuinely cares about cleanliness and presentation
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active throughout the day
- Able to work independently without constant direction
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Prior janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
