We are seeking a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join the team at our upscale hotel, where you will serve as the welcoming face of our property. In this role, you will curate exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out, expertly managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and tailoring recommendations to elevate each guest's stay. The ideal candidate possesses a proven background in hospitality or upscale customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable, personalized moments. Must be flexible to work both shifts:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Availability required for weekdays and weekends, including holidays
Compensation:$14 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
