Duties:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms.
- Process rental applications and perform background checks on applicants.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants.
- Maintain organized and updated tenant files.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with tenants.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends.
