If so, you could be the Front Desk & Events Coordinator we’re looking for at RetireWise Tax and Wealth Advisors, Inc. This role blends client hospitality with event coordination and is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organization, and loves being part of meaningful client experiences.
How You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, you’ll be both the welcoming face of our office and a key player behind the scenes of our client events. From answering phones and greeting guests to coordinating event logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly, you’ll help create a client experience that feels polished, professional, and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Client Care
- Greet clients and prospective clients warmly, offering a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and record client interactions in our CRM (Redtail).
- Schedule appointments and confirm all meetings within 48 hours.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, and assist with administrative support.
- Events & Experiences
- Coordinate logistics for client appreciation events, workshops, and seminars.
- Partner with venues and vendors to ensure every detail is covered.
- Assist with event setup, client hospitality, and post-event follow-up.
- Bring creativity and energy to enhance client experiences at every touchpoint.
- Team Support
- Assist with special projects, copying, scanning, and errands as needed.
- Maintain a clean, professional environment—including meeting rooms before and after visits.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident interacting with groups and individuals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or client service is a plus.
- Comfortable using technology; experience with CRM systems (Redtail experience a bonus).
- A friendly, professional demeanor that reflects our client-first culture.
