About the Role


We are hiring a Client Events & Experience Coordinator to help organize and execute our educational retirement workshops and support the day-to-day client experience in our office.


This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a warm and professional attitude.


Responsibilities Include:


Scheduling, organizing, and coordinating retirement workshops and events

Working workshops and helping ensure events run smoothly

Calling and texting prospects prior to workshops to confirm attendance

Answering incoming office phone calls professionally

Assisting with appointment scheduling and confirmations

Managing CRM data entry and tracking workshop/client analytics

Inputting and organizing information from workshops and client meetings

Supporting ongoing marketing and client communication efforts

Helping create an outstanding first impression for prospects and clients


Schedule


Typical office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Up to two evenings per week working workshops (typically 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM those days)

Weekends are generally off

Compensation & Benefits


Compensation:


Approximately $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Up to $6,000 performance bonus opportunity
