Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Director of Resident Engagement to lead the development and implementation of engaging programs that enhance the emotional, social, physical, spiritual, and intellectual well-being of residents at Retirement Unlimited.
Job Description
The successful candidate will plan and oversee Life Enrichment programming, including Memory Care, to meet residents' needs and interests. This includes developing and implementing a varied and innovative program to enhance residents' well-being, regulating program content and presentation to meet residents' capabilities and needs, and implementing a robust volunteer program to enhance community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee Life Enrichment programming, including Memory Care, to meet residents' needs and interests.
- Develop and implement a varied and innovative program to enhance residents' well-being.
- Regulate program content and presentation to meet residents' capabilities and needs.
- Implement a robust volunteer program to enhance community engagement.
- Arrange and oversee the Community Ambassador program for new residents and ensure Oral History is taken.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of RUI policies and procedures related to the position and department.
- Organize and coordinate outings for residents as needed.
- Assist with establishing a Community Resident Council and oversee Resident Council meetings.
- Utilize computer programs to prepare and distribute the community's calendar and advertising.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
