Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead our community in Burke, VA. This is a full-time, on-site position. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering exceptional care to residents, and fostering a supportive community environment. The Executive Director will collaborate with departmental teams, develop and manage budgets, maintain high-quality service standards, and build relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management skills in the senior living or healthcare sector
- Strong financial acumen, including budget development and expense management
- Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures, and standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with residents, families, staff, and community stakeholders
- A demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality senior care and creating meaningful experiences for residents
- Ability to motivate and support teams, cultivate a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
- Knowledge of senior living operations, state and federal regulations, and memory care is preferred
- Experience managing diverse teams and implementing innovative initiatives is a plus
