What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage residents, guests, and team members in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
- Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments and associates.
- Share information and promote community programs, events, and activities.
- Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond appropriately.
- Support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, and data entry.
- Help maintain a smooth, organized front desk operation that reflects RUI’s hospitality standards.
