Concierge PT (4pm-8pm EOW)

Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is seeking a welcoming and service-focused Concierge to join our team! As the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, organized, and professional environment. Your presence helps set the tone for the entire community experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage residents, guests, and team members in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
• Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments and associates.
• Share information and promote community programs, events, and activities.
• Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond appropriately.
• Support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, and data entry.
• Help maintain a smooth, organized front desk operation that reflects RUI’s hospitality standards.
