The Ashleigh at Lansdowne is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/CNA to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support and companionship that enhances the daily lives of residents. Your presence, attentiveness, and compassion will help ensure each resident feels safe, supported, and valued every day.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with care plans.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, needs, or daily routines to support updates to their care plans.
- Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.
- Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all residents.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
