Specific duties will change based on the needs of your assigned client, but may include:
- Demonstrate compassionate and dignified care
- Provide engaging companionship & conversation
- Assist with walking and light excercise
- Plan and prepare meals (with clean up)
- Make beds, light housekeeping, etc.
- Assist with transportation if/when needed
- Medication Reminders
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Ability to remain awake if providing overnight care
- Properly document, use a care plan and time system
