Busy Ophthalmology Specialty office is currently seeking a Medical Assistant.
Medical assistant is responsible for recording patient's histories and chief complaints, working up the patients and gets them ready for the doctor to see, relieves and substitutes for medical assistants in all clinical areas when necessary for clinic operations.
Attendance is an essential function of the job.
Candidate:
Ability to communicate by reading, writing and typing legibly.
EMR/Medical Assistant experience is preferred.
Professional demeanor and recognition of privacy considerations for patients and families.
Full training is provided for candidates w/o clinical experience.
