Patient Services Specialist Overview :
Retina Northwest's Patient Services Specialist provides vacation and backup coverage for the following areas within the Patient Services department: medical records, transcription, appointment scheduling, operator duties, clinical receptionist, surgery scheduling and triage duties. This position requires work at both our Washington and Oregon sites. The Patient Services Specialist may need to support administrative and clinical staff by traveling to one or more of the satellite clinics located in Oregon and Washington for a verity of reasons.
