Summary of Position

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing customers with a unique shopping experience. Utilizing effective selling techniques and providing in-depth product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge by constant training and learning through existing and new resources to maximize the customer experience.
• Support sales team as needed towards the achievement of store goals.
• Assist in maintaining visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, product replenishment, display set up, and housekeeping.
• Consistently working towards achieving established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Provide outstanding and consistent customer service, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement.
• Outreach or clientele, via phone call or email, Invicta Stores related information regarding promotions, new products, or special events to increase sales.
• Follow all safety and security guidelines according to company standard, adhering to policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Included but not limited to alarm activation/deactivation, bank deposits, general security guidelines, opening and closing procedures, and completion of the store's daily business.
• Perform other retail sales-related duties as assigned by managers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential.

Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
