Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring consistent compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Drive sales growth by setting clear performance objectives, analyzing KPIs, and executing targeted action plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage merchandising strategies, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily financial reporting to maximize labor efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record of driving performance; commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing top talent.
• Strong sales expertise with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
