- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and rehab staff to deliver quality care
- Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans in accordance with guidelines
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and family communication
- Conduct and coordinate audiometric screenings and make appropriate referrals
- Help train facility staff and contribute to in-service education efforts
- Follow all safety and compliance policies with professionalism and compassion
- M.A. or M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current NYS license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA CCC preferred (CFY candidates welcome)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and a strong team-oriented mindset
