Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose medical conditions and assess overall health.
- Create and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Oversee the management of chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
- Accurately document patient encounters and care plans using EHR systems such as Epic.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health strategies.
- Collaborate closely with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, high-quality care.
- Stay current with developments in internal medicine and engage in ongoing professional education.
