- Promote our home health skilled services through in-person sales calls, presentations, and community events.
- Meet and exceed monthly admissions goals by executing a targeted sales plan.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between referral sources and our care team, ensuring smooth client onboarding.
- Proven healthcare sales experience, preferably in home care, home health, or hospice.
- Strong local healthcare network and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
