What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing coaching, training, and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth.
- Review and approve customer quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support your team with escalated issues, helping resolve complex orders and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the order entry and fulfillment process to ensure smooth operations.
- Partner with internal teams to meet customer expectations and exceed service goals.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and cost savings across the department.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of technical customer sales or account management experience.
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication skills and phone presence.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
