Job Summary
We are building our electrical division & looking for a motivated Commercial Electrical Manager to help build & lead our Electrical Division. This is a great opportunity for a Lead Electrician ready to move into management & take ownership of a growing department.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strong leader & problem-solver with commercial electrical experience. Refrigeration electrical experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead & oversee commercial electrical projects from start to finish
- Estimate, manage & mentor electrical crews
- Help develop & grow the electrical division
- Ensure work is completed safely & in compliance with NEC & local codes
- Coordinate with operations, project managers & customers
- Troubleshoot & resolve electrical system issues
- Maintain quality control & job site organization
Qualifications
- Strong background in commercial electrical work
- Previous lead electrician or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical codes & safety standards
- Refrigeration electrical experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects & crews
- Strong communication & leadership skills
