What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and restore a variety of devices using manuals, schematics, and repair tools.
- Inspect, clean, and test equipment to confirm it meets operational standards.
- Prioritize repairs based on inventory data and repair queue.
- Accurately document actions taken, parts used, and resolutions completed.
- Organize and catalog devices, tools, and components in your work area.
- Assist with maintaining and improving repair documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on procedures and best practices.
- Keep your bench and shared areas clean, organized, and in good working order.
What You’ll Bring
This is an entry level position and we will provide additional training.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Six months to one year of related technical or repair experience preferred.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting ability with both hardware and software.
- Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Focus and accuracy in a busy repair or warehouse environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort navigating shared drives and folders.
- Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with pride in consistent, high-quality work.
