This role keeps our clients running by repairing and restoring devices quickly, accurately, and safely. Every piece of equipment that passes through your bench impacts a larger network of people who rely on us to deliver consistent, reliable results. Your attention to detail and follow-through are what keep that trust strong.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and restore a variety of devices using manuals, schematics, and repair tools.
  • Inspect, clean, and test equipment to confirm it meets operational standards.
  • Prioritize repairs based on inventory data and repair queue.
  • Accurately document actions taken, parts used, and resolutions completed.
  • Organize and catalog devices, tools, and components in your work area.
  • Assist with maintaining and improving repair documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on procedures and best practices.
  • Keep your bench and shared areas clean, organized, and in good working order.
Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

This is an entry level position and we will provide additional training.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Six months to one year of related technical or repair experience preferred.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting ability with both hardware and software.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Focus and accuracy in a busy repair or warehouse environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort navigating shared drives and folders.
  • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with pride in consistent, high-quality work.
