This role ensures that all files meet production standards and print accurately and consistently.Youll work closely with design and production teams to review, adjust, and finalize artwork before it goes to print.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process artwork for print productionCheck files for correct size, resolution, bleeds, and color settingsConvert files to proper print-ready formatsAdjust layouts and make minor design edits when neededEnsure color accuracy and print quality standardsCommunicate with designers and production staff to resolve file issuesMaintain organized file structures and production recordsTroubleshoot print file errors before productionQualificationsExperience in pre-press, print production, or graphic productionStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Understanding of CMYK, color profiles, bleeds, and print setupAbility to review artwork carefully and catch errorsStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPreferredExperience working with large format printing or packagingKnowledge of print equipment and production workflow
