Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, addressing questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
- Achieving established sales goals
- Superior product knowledge
- Maintaining an orderly appearance and work environment
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Cross-selling various products and services
Sales Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual is a MUST (ENG/SPA)
- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Sales in or outside of an retail environment preferred
- A professional appearance
- A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass background check & drug testing
