Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to orthopedic and spine patients in both clinical and surgical settings
- Assist with patient assessments, education, and post-operative care
- Manage patient messages and communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Coordinate surgical scheduling, pre-operative preparations, and post-operative follow-up
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and care plans
- Support clinic operations by managing patient flow and ensuring adherence to protocols
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region
- Proven experience in orthopedics and spine care preferred
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient assessment, and post-operative care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical messaging platforms
