Key Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls from patients, physician offices, and hospitals
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
• Greet and check in patients, verifying personal and insurance information
• Collect and process payments, co-pays, and insurance documentation
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
• Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth daily operations
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred
• Previous experience in a medical office or front desk role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
