Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support to licensed healthcare providers, facilitating efficient clinical workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and a positive patient experience.
• Schedule appointments, tests, procedures, and surgeries in accordance with established protocols.
• Prepare patients for visits by guiding or accompanying them to examination or X-ray rooms, providing gowns or drapes, and assisting with proper positioning for examinations and treatments.
• Interview patients to gather medical histories and record relevant information accurately.
• Order X-rays or other diagnostic tests as directed by the provider or per protocol.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures as needed.
• Clean and sterilize medical instruments, rooms, and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.
