We are seeking a California Collections/Creditors' Rights Attorney to join our team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Southern California. The position involves managing debt collection cases, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with team members to develop strategies for clients and workflow efficiencies. The attorney will communicate with clients, creditors, and other legal representatives, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and ethically while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Debt Collection and Creditors' Rights
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Finance with an ability to analyze financial information
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in California
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with creditors' rights laws
