Operations Assistant
The Operations Assistant is responsible for checking enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness. Applicants must be detailed oriented and computer literate.
In this role you will:
- Follow up phone calls
- Escalation inquires
- Checking application for accuracy
- Updating spreadsheets
- Support operations

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related
- 1-2 years' experience in similar position
- Business oriented person
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner
- Extremely organized and responsible
- Analytical skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Excel expert
