Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion.
- Deliver spa services such as body waxing, waxing services,makeup application
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommend suitable retail products to meet their individual needs.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring a seamless flow of services while maintaining excellent communication and client communication standards.
- Uphold strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff at all times.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting aesthetic treatments and skincare products, contributing to the overall growth of the spa’s revenue.
- Support daily salon operations by coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Skills
- Proven expertise in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion.
- Strong knowledge of spa services including waxing (body waxing), makeup application
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their aesthetic needs.
- Ability to perform esthetic treatments safely while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques with experience in product demos and recommending skincare solutions.
- Effective communication skills to educate clients about aesthetic treatments and skincare routines.
- Experience in cosmetology or related certifications is preferred; ongoing training in esthetic laser treatment is a plus.

Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9-6. Saturdays 9-4.
