What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Intern position at Results Repeat?
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our rapidly growing, 6-year-old, digital marketing company that was named as one of the Best Places to work in Philadelphia by the Philadelphia Business Journal for the last 5 years.
Results Repeat helps business owners by serving as their digital marketing "back office." In addition to providing individual digital marketing services including: website design and development, SEO and PPC management, we also serve as an outsourced marketing department that can take care of everything from social media management and content creation to marketing plan development.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating and implementing digital marketing strategies for clients and working closely with the marketing team to make sure that the goals of the client are achieved. This position will be focused on Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Requirements/Skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Exceptional grammar and communication skills
- Highly motivated (you're a hard worker that looks for things that need to be done without being asked)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
- Previous marketing experience a plus
- Previous experience with WordPress and/or Google Analytics a plus, but not required
- The ideal candidate lives in PA, NJ, DE or NY
Primary Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the SEO Director and Managers to increase organic traffic to our clients' websites through various methods of optimization
- Help prepare reports and identify changes in traffic, rankings and conversions
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush regularly for account analysis
- Write content for client's websites, newsletters and social media
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Note: All training will be provided
