Results Learning is hiring a qualified elementary reading and/or math teacher to work with diverse groups of students and help close the educational gap. Successful candidates will build rapport with students, parents, and teachers and bring a genuine passion for helping learners reach their potential.

Results Learning partners with schools across the Denver Metro area to provide reading, math, and executive functioning services. This position supports a private religious school in the 80246 zip code. Our teachers work one-on-one or in small groups of four students or less during the school day.

Position Details — Math & Literacy

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 12:30–3:30 PM (up to 12 hours/week)

• Available October 12, 2026–May 29, 2027; follows school calendar (week of December 21, 2026 off)

Focus & Structure

• Primary focus: Math and Literacy support for 3rd and 4th grade students (with flexibility to work with 1st–5th grade as needed)

• Instruction delivered one-on-one or in small groups of four students or less

Compensation

• $35/hr for instruction

• $25/hr for planning and administrative time

Job Requirements

• Strong background in both elementary math and literacy instruction

• Must hold a valid Colorado Elementary Education Teaching License

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing differentiated reading, math, and/or writing strategies for specific learners

• Ability to provide executive functioning support to students

• Effective communicator and collaborator with teachers and parents

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be available October 12, 2026 through May 29, 2027; follows the school’s calendar (week of December 21 off)

• 2–3 years of classroom teaching experience preferred, but not required

• Experience teaching English language learners preferred, but not required

• DIBELS benchmarking experience preferred

• Orton-Gillingham (OG) trained or Science of Reading trained preferred
