About ReviveX
ReviveX is a recovery and wellness studio in the heart of Ridgefield, CT. We opened in March 2026 and serve Ridgefield-area members and walk-ins across cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression, cold plunge, and contrast therapy. We're not a gym. We're a small, high-touch team that remembers everyone's name, and it matters more than any piece of equipment in the studio.
The Role
When a member walks through our door, you're the person they see. You'll run the studio on shift, open it at 6am, close it down at night, and handle everything in between solo. Your job is to keep the studio spotless, the towels folded the same way every time, and the front desk running like clockwork even when no one else is around.
What you'll do
- Greet every guest by name (we'll teach you the regulars in your first two weeks)
- Turn rooms over between sessions: towels fresh, surfaces wiped, equipment wiped down, room reset for the next modality
- Walk first-timers through their session so they feel looked after, not processed
- Manage bookings via Vagaro, handle reschedules, follow up on no-shows
- Restock towels, robes, water, and amenities before the day starts
- Pitch membership when a guest clearly loves the studio (we'll train you, no hard sell)
Who you are
- Reliable. You show up 10 minutes early, every shift, no exceptions. The studio opens whether you're tired or not.
- You notice details other people miss. A crooked pillow, a stray hair on the sauna bench, a guest who looks off, you catch it before anyone has to say it.
- You're comfortable with early mornings (6am shifts), evenings (closing shifts), and weekend rotations.
- You've worked in customer-facing roles before: restaurant, retail, hotel, spa, fitness front desk. We don't require wellness experience; we can teach you the modalities.
- You actually like cleaning. Not "you'll do it", you like it.
Compensation & Perks
- $17–20/hr depending on experience
