What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Fitness Coach (Morning Shift) position at Results / Fitness & Nutrition?
We’re hiring a high-energy, reliable fitness coach for our morning shift.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Hours: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
We specialized in kickboxing and strength training, and we’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and strong people skills to every session.
Responsibilities
- Coach group training sessions (kickboxing & strength)
- Motivate and engage members
- Assist with basic front desk and member experience
- Maintain a clean and organized studio
Requirements
- High energy and positive attitude
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Strong integrity and punctuality (must be on time for early mornings)
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Must present themselves professionally and “look the part”
Experience preferred, but not required...we will train the right coach.
