We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects including bidding, documentation, coordination, and customer relations. Responsibilities
- Lead bidding efforts for Division 10 construction projects
- Prepare and submit bid packages and proposals
- Manager RFIs and bid inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing strategies
- Serve as primary customer contact
- Coordinate with internal departments on schedules and deliverables
- Facilitate kickoff meetings and track milestones
- Review submittals, drawings, change orders, and required documents
- Maintain professional relationship with General Contractors, business owners, architects, vendors, etc.
- Address customer concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and contracts
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 3-7 years commercial construction project management experience; Division 10 specific preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and project management/estimating software
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and Division 10 product materials
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving abilities
- PMP or Construction Certification preferred but not required
- OSHA certification preferred but not required
