Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to emergency calls involving water damage, fire damage, mold, or other disaster scenarios.
- Perform water extraction, flood restoration, and water damage mitigation using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Conduct fire restoration tasks including debris removal, smoke odor removal, and soot cleaning.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and Xactimate software for accurate documentation and repair estimates.
- Follow strict safety protocols including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use and respiratory protection to ensure personal safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist with mold remediation while adhering to environmental safety regulations.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site assignments while maintaining proper documentation of work performed.
- Maintain clear communication with clients by providing excellent customer service throughout the restoration process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning services is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of emergency response readiness procedures and safety protocol adherence.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles confidently.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude during stressful situations.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Flexibility to provide on-call coverage outside regular hours as needed for emergency response efforts.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
