Duties
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the medical programs aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Supervise staff across the programs, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to promote professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, HIPAA privacy rules, Medicaid requirements, and other relevant policies to maintain accreditation and legal standards.
- Oversee patient care processes by reviewing medical records, care plans, documentation accuracy, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts to optimize client monitoring, case management, and surgical nursing procedures.
- Manage operational aspects including shift scheduling, staffing levels, budgeting, and resource allocation to support efficient service delivery.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for documentation review, data analysis, and reporting to enhance patient care quality and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement policies that uphold client rights in a community setting while maintaining high standards of safety and ethical practice.
