Water Mitigation Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Water Mitigation Manager located in Woburn, MA. The Water Mitigation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing water damage restoration projects, coordinating with clients and team members, evaluating the extent of damage, and developing appropriate mitigation plans. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling, managing project workflows, performing inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining clear client communication throughout the restoration process.

• Experience in water damage restoration, project management, and team leadership
• Skills in evaluating and assessing damage, developing mitigation plans, and performing inspections
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance in water mitigation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Certification by The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
