What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator position at Restored Safety and Security?
Project Overview:
- Conduct observations, follow-up on obervation findings
- Provide safety leadership for assigned site
- Work with plant staff (plant manager, staff) to ensure safety requirements are being met at site
- Act as a technical safety adviser to the plant staff.
- Deliver safety training, facilitate safety meetings, and provide technical safety training as appropriate.
- Complete regular, standardized reports detailing safety status and report to management.
- Maintain safety logs, file and track all site safety reports
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Safety experience (29 CFR 1910)
- Environmental reporting experience would be huge
- Applicable experience in compliance (i.e. OSHA)
- Forklift experience/operator/trainer
Certifications:
- OSHA 30(1910)(required)
- First Aid/CPR/AED(required)
